ASVA delivers spring seminar
Improving retail and catering to deliver higher profits and satisfied customers is the message that the Association of Scottish Visitor Attractions is to share at its Spring Seminar on 7 May.
The venue for the event is the refurbished Tolbooth Arts Centre in Stirling. Speakers will include Peter Lederer, chair of VisitScotland, and Fergus Chambers, director of Encore Creative Catering, the commercial division of Glasgow City Council whose business includes the museums.
ASVA will also be conducting a last-minute push for its members to participate in the Thistle Awards 2003. Details: +44 (0)1786 475152
