Accor to convert Shanghai hotel to its Pullman brand
French hotel group Accor is to take over and convert the Shanghai Skyway Landis Hotel into one of its Pullman luxury hotels.
The 653-room hotel, located in the city’s Luwan District, is owned by SRE Group and the Shanghai Changcheng Investment Holding Company and was previously managed by Landis Hotels & Resorts.
However, Landis failed to achieve maximum room occupancy at the hotel, leading to the termination of the management agreement.
Accor already has Pullman hotels in Beijing, Shanghai, Dongguan and Sanya.
The conversion should be completed next month.
