Ahava Spa opens
A new day spa has opened at the Kingfisher Golf and Country Club in Buckinghamshire, UK.
Called the Ahava Dead Sea Spa, it is the first to be opened under the Ahava Dead Sea product brand.
Facilities include two treatment rooms, three nail stations and pedicure stations, a sauna, steamroom and whirlpool.
The signature therapy at the spa will be the Ahava Pure Indulgence Experience, which will utilise products in the Ahava Pure spa range, while other treatments will use Ahava Dead Sea products.
The spa will be owned and operated as a joint venture between Ahava, an international skincare brand developed by the Dead Sea Laboratories, and the Taylor Made Group, run by Ahava’s UK training consultant, Karen Wadman, who owns the Taylor Made Beauty salon in Buckingham.
The spa employs a team including five therapists, two physiotherapists and a holistic therapist. All staff will divide their time between the Kingfisher Club and Taylor Made Beauty.
There are plans to roll out the Ahava Dead Sea Spa brand in the UK, although more details are yet to be released.
