Maldives resort Amilla Fushi has partnered with London-based fitness and lifestyle programme Bodyism to bring Bodyism’s holistic ‘Clean and Lean’ programme to its sociable Javvu Spa.

Javvu Spa is offering Bodyism signature personal training, classes and sessions. Founded by James Duigan ten years ago, the Bodyism programmes are founded on the belief that movement is medicine, adopting a holistic approach and incorporating a wide spectrum of techniques focused on alignment, posture, intelligent weight training, functional movement, yoga, stretching and Pilates.

Personal training programmes are tailored, beginning with a Body Oracle consultation to assess how the person’s body functions.

Guests can also take part in Bodyism sessions such as the Clean and Lean Class or the higher-intensity Clean and Lean Warrior; Bodyism Ballet; Bodyism Yoga and B Calm, designed for unwinding and balancing the natural rhythms of mind and body.

The Javvu Spa has also added an Island Cafe by Clean and Lean, which offers menu options designed according to the Clean and Lean Food philosophy of eating clean, unprocessed, gluten-free food led by ingredients rather than calories.
