Annual Luncheon Award Winners
During the BHA Annual Luncheon, held this year on Wednesday 24 June, the Association presented a number of important awards to commend outstanding service to the tourism and hospitality industry.
These BHA awards are designed to honour individuals or organisations for the contribution they made to the industry during the year and winners are recognised in eight different categories.
The BHA Tourism Award was given to Devon-based Brend Hotels; the Sustainable Business Award went to London-based caterer Vacherin, while Apex Hotels received the Innovation Award.
Other winners included the team behind the new Professional Cookery Diploma (BHA Education and Training Award); Northcote Manor in Lancashire (BHA Food Award); Pride of Britain Hotels (Marketing Award); and Park House Hotel in Sandringham (Tourism For All Award).
Industry veteran Peter Catesby, a former chair of the BHA, was handed a special award for his work for the association.
