Anytime Fitness UK has unveiled a ‘Panel of Health’, tasked with supporting its members during lockdown and beyond.

The panel consists of four experts across nutrition, sleep, mental wellbeing, work-life balance and family & social environment, offering its expertise to members through a programme of exclusive content, webinars and Q&As.

The four panel members are Dr Neil Stanley, director of sleep science at NHS-approved sleep programme Sleepstation; work/live balance expert Annabel Zicker; Lee Chambers, founder of Essentialise Workplace Wellbeing; and dietician Lucy Perrow.

Anytime's 170,000+ members can access the educational content via the AF Connect Online platform, as well as by attending live online Q&As and webinars.
