BHA members lead the winners at 2006 Springboard Awards
A number of BHA members were among the award winners at the 2006 Springboard Awards for Excellence presented at the Emirates Stadium on Wednesday 29 November.
Almost 600 people attended the ceremony at the Emirates Stadium, compered by Gareth Edwards, communications director for Springboard, which recognised excellence in promoting careers, attracting people, and best employment practice.
BHA winners this year included:
• The Chris Beaumont Award – Royal Lancaster Hotel •The Web Award 2006 – Marriott Hotels International
• Education Award – Compass Group UK & Ireland • Best Student Placement Provider (Large Organisation) – Mitchells and Butlers
• The Best Employer Award – Hospitality & Leisure – Bartlett Mitchell • The International Award – The Berkeley Hotel
• Best Career Progression Award - Compass Group UK & Ireland
