BLVC thanks London cabbies
VisitBritain’s Britain and London Visitor Centre (BLVC) held its third annual taxi driver’s breakfast marketing campaign last month in central London.
BLVC staff handed out breakfast bags containing a pocket guide to London, a London Planner detailing events, a BVLC-branded receipt book, a fact sheet about the tourism information centre to pass on to passengers – plus orange juice and a bacon sandwich.
BLVC manager Jaco Coetzee said: “Taxi drivers are ambassadors of our visitor economy, as they are often the first point of contact for overseas visitors. This campaign is a thank you for the service they provide.”
