BT tower climb
Ten million people in the UK are deaf or hard of hearing and, to help raise funds for them, Action on Hearing Loss is challenging you to climb the BT Tower in London on 24 September.
The tower has 842 steps and provides spectacular views across the city once at the top.
It is expected to take up to two hours to complete the challenge and get the lift back down.
Registration costs £35 and the sponsorship pledge is £165. Details: www.actiononhearingloss.org.uk
