Bali’s Spa Village Resort Tembok has launched a new wellness programme aimed at women travelling alone or in small groups.
‘Return to Yourself: A Yoga & Wellness Retreat’ is crafted by Savitri Talahatu, wellness director at Spa Village Resort Tembok, who has been travelling alone for years. The aim is to provide a safe and personalised experience for solo travellers in a nurturing environment.
The four-day/three-night itinerary includes Hatha yoga and specialty Kundalini yoga sessions, guided meditations, a cycling and picnic excursion to Les Waterfall, wellness ‘playshops,’ a purification ceremony at Ponjok Batu Temple, spa treatments, organic and wholefood cuisine, and other crafted experiences.
Available the first Monday of every month, the programme also aims to bring like-minded individuals together and help guests discover Bali, its people, culture, food and natural wonders.
