Banyan Tree to adopt SAP ERP
Resort and spa developer and operator Banyan Tree Holdings is to adopt the SAP ERP Human Capital Management (SAP ERP) solution in order to transform its human resources operation.
By taking on the SAP ERP solution, the group intends to move away from administrative human resources processes and instead take on more progressive approaches, such as employee self-service.
It is hoped that this solution will offer the group a range of benefits, including greater efficiency, lower costs and an increase in service quality.
Managing director of Banyan Tree, Ariel Vera, commented: "Our people are our most valuable asset and the bedrock of our differentiating advantage. We have always placed great importance on the development of talent and believe this continuous investment in our human capital is key to the success of our global drive." Details: sap.com
