Beachcomber opens family villas in Mauritius
Mauritius-based hotel group Beachcomber has opened a new family accommodation village in the grounds of Le Mauricia hotel in Grand Baie on the north-west tip of the island.
The village features 21 apartments each accommodating four people, with a master bedroom and second bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms; private terraces and private gardens. One luxury villa also includes a spacious lounge with sleeping accommodation for a further two people and a private swimming pool.
Designed by a local firm of architects, the interiors are inspired by the island environment with vibrant Maurititan pinks and greens used throughout.
Beachcomber Hotels owns and operates eight individually-styled properties in Mauritius and a resort on the private island of Sainte Anne in the Seychelles. Details: www.beachcomber-hotels.com
