Spa programme announced for Beauty Dusseldorf
beauty+Dusseldorf'>Beauty Dusseldorf, the leading international trade fair for cosmetics, wellness and spa, held from 31 March to 2 April 2017, has announced its spa programme.
Located in Hall 9, the Wellness & Spa Area will focus on wellness products, treatments and trends from 150 exhibitors and brands, as well as therapy and cubicle technology.
The technical programme focuses on wellness and body treatments, oil massages with cupping glasses and Balinese massage, with demonstrations on international spa and massage trends.
The “World of Treatments” area will present a selection of examples from three continents, including a practical demonstration of treatments typical of various cultures around the globe, by a team from the German Wellness Association.
The Spa Business Lounge is the exclusive consulting and communications platform for visitors in the fields of hospitality, investment, spa facilities operation and spa management.
Presentations, discussions, technical lectures and personal consulting revolve around important success factors such as efficiency, communication, selling and networking.
Featuring a mix of panel discussions with well-known spa managers and talks by accomplished industry experts and exhibitors, the Lounge will cover a wide spectrum of insider information.
A highlight is the Spa Manager of the Year award presentation on 2 April. Messe Düsseldorf and the German Wellness Association will honour special personalities and achievements, with the 10 finalists then sharing their business practice in a roundtable discussion entitled “Learning from the Best – Spa Managers in Discussion.”
The German Wellness Association will also present the fifth Wellness & Spa Innovation Awards on 2 April, which honours innovations and pioneering ideas for the wellness and spa sector across four categories.
