Berlin hotel gains medi and holistic combination spa
A multi-million dollar hotel spa launched at the beginning of November at the Hotel Adlon in Berlin, Germany.
Called the Adlon Spa, the facility was designed by Anna Maria Jagdfeld of AMJ Design/Holding and is divided into two areas.
The first area contains the spa and measures 9688sq ft (900sq m). There are 13 treatment rooms, three private spa suites, a wellness shower and chillout area alongside a meditation room, watsu pool and nail and foot bar.
Signature treatments are holistic in concept – although medical and Eastern-orientated therapies are also available – and have been provided by the Kanebo International brand. Skinceuticals and Adlon Day Spa Treatments are also offered, the latter using a private product label based around the five elements.
