Bespoke Hotels buys 12 new hotels
Bespoke Hotels has acquired 12 hotels from Folio Hotels.
The new hotels, which have a forecasted turnover of £58m, puts Bespoke’s total room number up to 1,500.
Bespoke directors and founders, Haydn Fentum and Robin Sheppard, released a joint statement, saying: “This is a very exciting time for Bespoke Hotels as the company takes over these 12 individual properties. We relish the challenge of taking each one of them forward while retaining everything that makes each one unique in its own right.
The 12 properties are located in Sandbach in Cheshire; Warwick; Swindon; Edinburgh; Bristol; Tewkesbury in Gloucestershire; Crowthorne in Berkshire; Blaby in Leicestershire; Birmingham; Maidenhead; Chertsey in Surrey and Teddington in London.
The company is due to open its Bermondsey Square Hotel on 14 April.
