BHA patron supplier Bevan Brittan LLP is holding a FREE Employment Law Workshop in London on Wednesday 17 September 2008 for BHA members.

The workshop covers the effective management of sickness absence and capability issues and will provide excellent advice on the regular challenge of long-term and short-term staff absence to the operational delivery and efficiency of your organisation.

The case study led workshop will focus on the different considerations for managing absence as well and providing delegates with the practical tools to address common issues that arise, such as disability.

The interactive session will also cover issues that may give rise to personal injury claims against employers and advises on how to best defend your position should a claim arise.
