Bexhill pool reopens after refurbishment
Bexhill Leisure Pool in East Sussex reopened on 16 December following a £150,000 revamp.
The centre now features all new changing cubicles and lockers as well as a new reception area and swimwear shop and offers a new snack menu in the café.
Karen Burrell, Freedom Leisure’s head of marketing, said: “The leisure pool is a wonderful facility and very popular with local residents and tourists and we are confident that visitors will really appreciate the improvements.
“We hope to enhance our visitors’ experience and perhaps encourage shoppers to drop by for a coffee or a snack.”
Sports trust Freedom Leisure operates the facility, which boasts a flume and wave machine as well as lane swimming, on behalf of Rother District Council. Details: www.freedom-leisure.co.uk
