Biamother app gives access to health advice for expectant mothers

We’re thrilled to launch Biamother - especially at this critical time when many expectant mothers are self-isolating and in need of trusted support and advice

Mothers-to-be and new mothers are being offered free access to a personalised motherhood wellness app, called Biamother.

In the face of the coronavirus pandemic, the personalised wellbeing tech group, L3M Technologies, which is behind the app has removed fees to support mothers during and after pregnancy.

Formulated by pre- and post-natal health and fitness experts, in collaboration with mums from all walks of life, Biamother offers personalised guidance, advice and real-time data-driven insights using information gathered from user interaction, as well as wearables and smartphone sensors.

The app takes into consideration pre- and post-pregnancy health issues and is based around three key pillars: Biamove; offering pre- and post-natal workouts, Biaeat; providing access to nutritious recipes devised by nutritionists and Biabreathe; helping women prepare for labour and motherhood via podcasts and audio content, including meditation sessions, hypnobirthing content and mindfulness practices.

“We’re thrilled to launch Biamother - especially at this critical time when many expectant mothers are self-isolating and in need of trusted support and advice,” said Rodrigo Jesus, L3M Technologies CEO, “Biamother was designed to help mothers tackle real-life issues.

“L3M is kickstarting a generation of products and services that deliver personalised value to consumers; we look forward to launching many more,” he said.

The app is available for iOS via the App Store and will be rolled out for Android devices in due course.

The Biamother standard service is freely available to download until 30 June 2020. Biamother can be upgraded to a Premium Coach Service for an additional £20 per month (€23, US$25).

L3M Technologies produce personalised wellness products designed to help and support people to reach their goals.
