Billion-dollar project for New South Ocean Development
The New South Ocean Development Company, spearheaded by master developer Roger Stein, is to create a luxury oceanfront resort complex on New Providence Island in Nassau, The Bahamas.
Scheduled to open in 2012, the mixed-use resort project will be located on 385 acres of shoreline along the south western coast on New Providence Island.
The resort will feature a large spa, a boutique hotel, an 18-hole golf course, a mega yacht marina and residential components. Details: bahamas.gov.bs
