Birmingham pushes the balti experience
Birmingham is making the most of its balti tradition with a new guide, Balti Triangle, which lists 36 Balti restaurants in the area south east of the city centre. All restaurant reviews were carried out independently and anonymously. City of Birmingham tourism manager, Maureen McAllister, says: The guide is expected not only to boost visitor levels, but also keep balti lovers up-to-date with the best places to eat. Eating out is one of the great pleasures to be enjoyed when visiting Birmingham, and our famous Balti Triangle is the city's gastronomic crown.
