Blacksheep leads relaunch of the Stork Rooms
Unicorn City has acquired the Stork Rooms on Swallow St in London and appointed designers Blacksheep to oversee its redevelopment.
The developers plan to join the existing ground floor and lower-ground floor spaces, which have up until now been separate operations and create a 5,000sq ft (460sq m) ‘supper club’. The venue is expected to open later this year.
Blacksheep director Tim Mutton said: “People have had enough of bare floorboards and cavernous spaces. They want a return to high-octane glamour, getting dressed up and having a sense of occasion. The Stork Rooms will cater directly to this need.”
The club will offer dining, drinking and live performance.
