Body Glove and AWM announce partnership
Water sports equipment supplier Body Glove International and American Wave Machines (AWM) have joined forces to create Body Glove Waves, a joint venture looking to supply theme and water parks with turn-key surfing attractions.
AWM, which owns the SurfStream and PerfectSwell machine brands, will partner Body Glove which will provide surf lessons, surf clinics/refreshers, retail merchandise, contests and competitions as additional sources of revenue for the machines.
Robbie Meistrell, CEO of Body Glove International, said: "Spreading our passion for surfing to people across the globe is our long term goal.
"By joining forces with AWM we are much closer to reaching that goal."
