BodyJam sessions at LivingWell clubs

LivingWell is to offer members a BodyJam training programme at pre-selected Premier clubs.

The BodyJam programme from Body Training systems (BTS), is pre-choreographed with music and dance moves from "around the globe." LivingWell says each class is a mix of hip hop, funk, Latin, disco and Broadway with "each track delivering its own feel and style".

Michael Clark, LivingWell’s health and fitness director said: "This uplifting class is aimed at people of all fitness levels who want to learn groovy dance moves while burning calories.
