Boracay resort to add new spa hotel
The Panoly Resort Hotel in Boracay, the Philippines, is reportedly to gain a new, 200-unit condotel and spa.
According to The Inquirer, the condotel will be situated on the resort’s four hectares of land and will include 47 deluxe rooms spread over four storeys alongside eight VIP suites.
Each bedroom will boast a veranda with a panoramic view of the resort’s landscape.
Other facilities in the new property will include a lobby building alongside provisions for further leisure and hospitality areas. Development at The Panoly site has been delayed over the past year due to a number
of typhoons but around 70 per cent of the project work has now been finished and construction is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
