Boyer joins Crowne Plaza Kensington
Crowne Plaza Kensington has appointed Gavin Boyer as the new food & drink Manager at the four-star, 162-bedroom hotel in London.
Boyer has more than 14 years of hospitality management experience, having previously worked as restaurant manager at an international boutique restaurant in Brisbane, before moving onto the Malmaison Hotel Oxford as supervisor and duty manager, and then launching the flagship Jamie's Italian as restaurant manager.
At Crowne Plaza, Boyer’s responsibilities will include overseeing the food and drink operations for the entire hotel, building and maximising sales opportunities through StreetSide restaurant, Traffic cocktail lounge bar, room service and the hotel's five event spaces.
