BridgeClimb Sydney enters Australian Export Awards Hall of Fame
On 5 December, BridgeClimb Sydney was inducted into the Australian Export Awards Hall of Fame at a ceremony at the National Gallery of Victoria in the presence of the Prime Minister, Kevin Rudd.
Presented by Austrade and the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Hall of Fame recognises Australian companies that have achieved international success at the highest level and that have won an Australian Export Award category three times. Since opening 10 years ago, BridgeClimb won the national Export Award for Arts and Entertainment in 2001 and 2002, and the award for Sports Events and Tourism in 2007.
In the past decade, BridgeClimb has welcomed more than 2.2 million climbers from over 137 different countries and territories around the world to the summit of the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
