British Land signs restaurateurs for mixed-use scheme
British Land has signed two new restaurant operators to its Eastgate mixed-use site in Basildon.
Café Giardino and Spudulike have signed up to operate sites at the centre’s new Food Terrace space, which has been built as part of a £15m redevelopment of Eastgate.
British Land is looking to attract six restaurant operators to the site, which has an overall capacity of 600 covers.
