Briton showcases new snow tubing innovation at Festival of Light
Briton Engineering Developments Ltd unveiled its new snowsport innovation at the Festival of Light in Huddersfield, UK.
Visitors to the event, which took place from 7 to 9 December 2012, were the first to to be able to take a ride on the ZoomTrax, Briton's brand new street toboggan.
Briton installed the ZoomTrax tubing product in St Peter’s Street, Huddersfield during the festival weekend. The street tubing run was 30m long and started at 4m from the ground.
The engineers at Briton designed the dedicated, low cost snow sport solution to meet increasing demand for snow tubing from leisure facilities, family entertainment centres, shopping malls, snowsports centres and mountain resorts around the world.
Briton has worked on over 200 snowsports facilities across the world, but this was the first time they have built an attraction such as this in Huddersfield.
