Property consultant, CB Richard Ellis Hotels, has appointed Kevin E Mallory to lead its practice in the Americas.

Mallory will be based in Chicago and hold the position of senior managing director.

Over the past 20 years, Mallory has worked for Hyatt Development Corporation, Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, Starwood Lodging and Westin Hotels.
