CBRE to sell off three Manhattan hotels
CBRE Hotels has been appointed to manage the sale of the Willow Hotels portfolio, which includes the Shoreham, Mansfield and Franklin Hotels in Manhattan, New York, US.
The 826-room portfolio also includes the Hilton Embassy Row in Washington, DC, and the Hotel Pur in Quebec City, Canada.
William Shanahan, CBRE's vice chair, said: "There are very few opportunities for an investor to gain such a strategic and significant foothold throughout these top lodging markets."
