CCP and Tone Leisure head towards excellent service

Leisure trusts Tone Leisure and Cultural Community Partnerships (CCP) have both enlisted the help of Leisure-net Solutions to aid them on the journey to excellence using the TAES (Towards An Excellent Service) model.

Leisure-net’s David Albutt, who has worked on the TAES mission with IdeA (Improvement and Development Agency) and CLOA (Chief Cultural and Leisure Officers Association), is advising the CCP team undertaking TAES self-assessment and validating the assessment.

Tone Leisure, which operates facilities on behalf of Taunton Deane Borough Council, has now commissioned Albutt to undertake a similar assignment. Details: www.leisure-net.org
