Cadbury World opens new zone
Cadbury World, the Birmingham-based visitor attraction, has opened a new advertising-themed zone.
Advertising Avenue allows visitors to “take a nostalgic and retro walk through time” in a life-sized street displays Cadbury’s adverts from years gone by.
The street is made to look and feel like chocolate, and the architecture begins in the style of the 1830s (when John Cadbury first began selling drinking chocolate in Birmingham) and becomes more modern as visitors walk along.
Interactive exhibits include the Milk Tray game - where guests will try to race their car and boat to the waiting lady – and one showing how Flake’s advertising has developed over fifty years.
