Cadbury World plans £2m revamp
Birmingham-based visitor attraction Cadbury World is to benefit from a £2m refurbishment in 2006.
Improvements will be focused on the launch of two new areas within the attraction.
The first, Essence, is due to open in February and has been designed by Cadbury Trebor Bassett’s in-house studio, V4. It will take visitors back to the early 1900s to discover the secrets behind Cadbury chocolate.
The second area will be an interactive feature called Purple Planet which has been designed by Event Communication and will open in April.
Cadbury World opened in 1990 while more than 560,000 people visited the attraction last year. Details: www.cadburyworld.co.uk
