Camberwell regeneration
DLG Architects have won a selective competition for the redevelopment of a 6-acre site in Camberley, Surrey.
A planning application for the £45m project will be submitted later this year with a programmed start on site towards the end of 2003 and completion due in Autumn 2005.
DLG's proposals provide a central mixed development of residential, retail and leisure facilities and include an 1800 seat multiplex cinema, a 28-lane bowling alley, a fitness centre and a range of restaurants. Details: Paul Bradley +44 (0)20 7426 3630
