Capita Symonds to manage Belfast park revamp
Capita Symonds, the UK-based property and infrastructure consultancy, has been appointed to project manage a £2m redevelopment of Dunville Park in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
The Grade B+ park covers 4.4 acres (1.8 hectares) and will benefit from the construction of a new floodlit 3G sports pitch; a sports pavilion; events spaces; and playgrounds.
Dunville Park is located on the corner of the Falls and Grosvenor Roads. It was gifted to the people of Belfast by the Dunville family and will also benefit from conservation work.
