Capital Pub Company to float on AIM?
The Daily Telegraph has reported that David Bruce, who founded the Firkin chain of pubs and was involved in the formation of the Slug & Lettuce concept, is to float his Capital Pub Company on the Alternative Investment Market early next year.
The newspaper said that Bruce has appointed investment bank KBC Peel Hunt to act as advisor and broker.
The company, which owns 19 unbranded pubs in Central London, has a market value of up to £50m.
