Chastanet to open Coco Palm hotel
Caribbean hotel veteran Allen Chastanet is set to open the four-star Coco Palm boutique hotel in St Lucia next month.
The four-storey property, which boasts 71 rooms and 12 suites, is the second in the Coco Resorts portfolio in St Lucia, which also includes the two-star B&B Coco Kreole.
Situated in Rodney Bay Village, the Coco Palm features two restaurants and a café, a cocktail lounge and a private roof deck for dining, yoga and spa treatments. Details: www.coco-resorts.com
