Cheeca Lodge & Spa selects Agilysys
Software solutions company Agilysys has completed an installation at the Cheeca Lodge & Spa in Islamorada, FL, USA, due to open in December this year.
Once completed, Agilysys will provide the resort with assistance in property management, point-of-sale, guest marketing and document management.
The main structure to be put in place is the Visual One Property Management System, which simplifies and helps with front office operations, guest history, housekeeping and managing upcoming reservations.
Tina Stehle, senior vice president and general manager of Agilysys Hospitality Solutions Group says: "[We] will not only enable Cheeca Lodge & Spa to deliver an exceptional guest experience but also will improve efficiency and give the property a competitive edge."
The Cheeca Lodge & Spa itself is comprised of 212 West Indies-styled rooms and includes a beachfront bar, six tennis courts, a nine-hole golf course and a 5,000sq ft conference centre.
