Chef Brian Turner CBE, chair of Hospitality Skills, has challenged hospitality employers in the UK to find the most talented young people to represent the hospitality industry at the 2007 Worldskills Competition.

Mr Turner, winner of this year’s BHA Award for encouraging young people into the industry, has called upon the UK hospitality industry to select its representatives for the competition due to be held in Numazu City Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan from 14-21 November 2007.
