Chessington World of Adventure has laid a Gaskell FB Xtra high performance fibre bonded carpet with integral rubber particle underlay in its amusement arcade.

With durability being paramount, but sticking to budget vital, Steve Welch, games area team leader at Chessington said: 'We're expecting over one and a half million visitors to the park this year, so the carpet had to be tough and hardwearing, but because the arcade is a family-oriented area it also had to be comfortable and attractive.

'FB Xtra in the fine rib construction is simple to maintain and clean - and given the amount of children who'll be visiting this building, that's a very big bonus indeed!'
