Stockport Sports Trust is hosting a 'Christmas Splasher' fun weekend which will take place across three of its swimming pools.

The charity event will centre around fun sessions in the swimming pools with inflatables and plenty of games ensuring a fun packed swim for all.

Children who attend will have the opportunity to meet Santa, receive a free goody bag and watch as members of staff take on customers in fun relay races in the pool.

Staff will don fancy dress costumes which will ensure races are fun and certainly biased towards customers.

Stockport Sports Trust sponsors a worthy charity every year, running numerous events throughout the year to raise as much money as possible to improve the lives of others less fortunate than ourselves.

Entrance to the event will cost £5 per child with parents/guardians admitted for free!

All monies raised will go directly to the Sefton Village Orphanage, this year's nominated charity.

The Trust and their employees are seeking to raise a minimum of £10,000 for Sefton Village, an orphanage in the Philippines, with monies raised funding the building of a new sports hall in the village.
