Cinema chain, Odeon, has unveiled a new promotion to coincide with the launch of predicted summer blockbuster, Spider-Man 2 on 15 July.

The promotion is a collaboration with Columbia TriStar Films (UK) and Activision and will see cinema-goers buying tickets for the new film at Odeon sites being offered a free limited edition PC game sampler.

Promotions manager, Alice Wagner, said: “Spider-Man 2 is set to be one of the biggest films of the year.

“This is a fantastic opportunity for people who have enjoyed the film to bring some of that Spider-Man 2 excitement home.”

The promotion will continue while stocks last, with 200,000 game samplers available across Odeon’s 96 UK sites.

The Odeon cinema chain now operates 604 screens and claims its sites account for more than 25 per cent of all cinema tickets sold in the UK. Details: www.odeon.co.uk or www.spider-man2.co.uk
