Colliers appointed to West Country Leisure Sale
The £10m property portfolio of leisure properties owned by Martyn Harrison - who died in April 2012, will be sold by Colliers International, who has been instructed to conduct the sale on behalf of the trustees of Martyn Leisure.
The groups a portfolio includes Pontins holiday park in Weston-super-Mare on the market along with three other hotels - The Hotel Prince Regent & Russell Hotels in Weymouth and another in Sherbourne.
The Pontins holiday park, which occupies 315 rooms and is spaced over 17 acres, is being offered at around £6m.
