Concept 2 launches Model D
Concept 2 launched the fourth generation of its Indoor Rower – the Model D – at Leisure Industry Week recently.
The new machine replaces the Model C and has many new features, including a more stylish design, a new more comfortable handle, enhanced graphics and quieter performance.
A brand new PM3 monitor features all of the readouts of the Concept 2’s previous PM2, but adds pace boats, pre-set workouts, technical tuition and the ability to record workouts of up to five enthusiasts on a credit-card sized memory card.
The Model D is easy to use and assemble and ‘splits’ into two upright halves for storage.
The new machine will feature at the AXA PPP healthcare British Indoor Rowing Championship on 15 November, when no less than 160 will form the centrepiece of the arena.
