Conkers guests to go bonkers for treetop experience
The Tree Tops Adventure Walk, the newest addition to the Ashby-de-la Zouch-based Conkers family attraction park, will officially be opened on 2 September.
The adventure walk was designed by Leicester-based Haley Sharpe Design and is one of the first of its kind outside America.
Constructed by Scenic Route, the attraction takes visitors high above the treetops and the existing attractions where they have to negotiate a seemingly treacherous rope-bridge before finding themselves in a pitch-black cave full of bats.
The walk was sponsored by East Midlands Development Agency (EMDA) and will be opened by EMDA chief executive, Martin Briggs.
