Hilton Worldwide has launched Conrad Seoul hotel and spa in the Yeouido district of the South Korean capital.

The 434-bedroom hotel occupies one of four towers in IFC Seoul, the large-scale multipurpose commercial venue.

The hotel's Wellness Zone features fitness club Pulse8 and the Conrad Spa. The spa has eight treatment rooms and an exclusive couples room. It also houses wet and dry saunas and steamrooms, relaxation and grooming zones.

Aveda products are used during treatments, which include body scrubs, massages and facials. Guests also have use of an onsite hair and beauty salon.

Pulse8, the 24-hour fitness club, includes a swimming pool and a golf driving range.

Dining options include Italian restaurant Atrio and the hotel modern restaurant, Zest.

Other facilities include 2,608sq m (28,072sq ft) of meeting and banquet space including two ballrooms and 11 meeting rooms.

Arne Schroeder, general manager of Conrad Seoul said: "Hotels have stayed more or less the same in the past decade, but people have not. It is time for a change, and we will unveil a new kind of hotel that Korea has never seen.

“This change is highlighted by our core value of Smart Luxury that permeates our facility for an outstanding experience.”
