Conrad signs management contract for Miami hotel
Hilton’s luxury hotel brand Conrad has announced the signing of an agreement to manage a 203-room Miami hotel.
The Conrad Miami is located in the heart of Miami’s financial district and will be the first new-build, free-standing Conrad hotel in the US. It will join other Conrad properties in London, Hong Kong, Bangkok and New York.
Owned and developed by Estoril Inc, the Conrad Miami will open in January 2004 and is par of the new Espirito Santo Plaza.
Future American Conrad management agreements that are in various negotiation stages include sites in Sna Diego, California, Seattle, Washington and Las Vegas.
