Costa Rican resort planned
A new spa resort and residential development is under construction in Costa Rica.
The 33.6 hectare site is situated in the middle of a rainforest near the inactive Miravalles volcano.
The resort is being designed as a retreat and will include medical and dental facilities at a beauty enhancement centre as well as a spa, offering massages, yoga and nutritional classes.
Designed in the Tuscan architectural style, the Ailanto Wellness Resort and Spa will consist of 55 homes, 48 condo units and 120 resort villas. It is located in an area of Costa Rica that contains a large geothermal field. Details: ailantoresort.com
