The Tabacón Grand Spa Thermal Resort in La Fortuna, Costa Rica, is to expand its offering with the launch of its first yoga retreat later this year.

Hosted by instructor MeShall on 19-23 October, the retreat will combine the spa’s rainforest setting at the base of the Arenal Volcano with a spirituality-based wellness programme.

This will include spa treatments, such as the Temazcal rituals, which use traditional Mexican sweat lodges embedded in an active volcano. Details: tabacon.com
