Council deliberates over leisure centre future
Winchester City Council is set to appoint consultants to research the options for its aging facility, River Park Leisure Centre.
The council wants detailed reports in three areas: the repair and maintenance work which will be required over the next 10 years, analysis of the content, the scope and costs of a replacement and a planning report on where a replacement could be built.
